Nothing at all My experience at Hotel Casa Jum in Santiago, Dominican Republic, was extremely disappointing. The hotel was uncomfortable, and the room conditions were unacceptable for tourists. The rooms were dirty, smelled bad, and did not appear to be properly cleaned. I paid in cash upfront for a 3-day stay, but after only one night, I could not continue staying there because of the poor conditions and bad service. When I asked for a refund for the remaining nights, the hotel refused The place did not match what was advertised online. There was no pool, no proper space to relax, and the overall environment felt more like a house converted into a hotel rather than a real hotel experience. This was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel for tourism or leisure. Travelers should be careful and make sure they understand the payment and refund policies before booking

“Un soggiorno piacevole in Santiago”

After booking I got a message, and when I arrived I was greeted by polite and friendly staff. The room was very clean and tidy, with hot water and modern air conditioning, plus a TV. Keep in mind that it is about 20 minutes from downtown Santiago.
