The hotel is very central and convenient for anyone with appointments in the Plateau area, has a restaurant on the ground floor (Ambassadeur) and a more informal restaurant/bar on the mezzanine. The cleaning standard is excellent and the breakfast is very good and diverse. The hotel provides free transport to and from the airport, which is an added convenience.

The hotel is impeccable, very clean and pleasantly scented. The welcome was excellent, the staff professional and attentive. The free shuttle service is efficient and punctual. Good value for a five‑star property. It is hard to understand why the sauna is charged for hotel guests at such an excessive rate: 30 000 FCFA for only 30 minutes.

Free transfer service to and from the airport. It was very reasonable that I could stay in the room until 6 pm. The pool and its surroundings are very atmospheric. The hotel is in a very deteriorated area, although there are many security guards. The breakfast is overpriced, and overall the hotel feels like a maximum four‑star with a poor start.

The hygiene and hospitality of staff member Mme Fanta and her colleagues at the reception are nice. The bed is a bit narrow.
