Despite the sudden change, they handled it well and I felt very comfortable on the phone, so I’d definitely use it again. The bath was amazing and wiped out my fatigue instantly. Nothing else to complain about; only that a hook at the entrance would have been nice for wet coats or dog leashes.

The rock bath was very warming. Water dripped from the air conditioner, but when I reported it, they responded immediately. The bedroom felt damp.

Everything was good overall, with supplies complete and attentive. The living room was too dim; some lights were unclear how to turn on. I think having two sets of barbecue tongs and grill nets would be better.

The barbecue was the best! With the ingredients, charcoal, and fire starters available, I could grill freely and enjoyed two happy days. I’ll definitely come back! Thank you!
