Nothing I liked. Everything was bad. The windows had no mosquito nets (at night bugs ate the person alive). Extra fees for the jacuzzi and sauna, and the jacuzzi was so dirty you couldn’t use it. No fan or air conditioner in the house (outside 30 °C = 60 °C inside); trying to circulate air ended up fighting wasps. No fridge and no notice that there was none. The kitchen equipment didn’t match the description on Booking; I had to buy my own items to survive three days. Upon arrival, my cottage was occupied by other people. After calling the company, the issue was clarified, but the cottage had already been “used” (the guests had a large dog) and no host came to clean it. I had to clean everything myself just to use the shower. The fire pit area was littered with half‑burned disposable grills, and the fire pit supplies like kindling were a mess. If it weren’t for the fact that I work daily with fire and had a paper bag from Żabka, I would have been hungry the next day because I couldn’t start a fire to cook anything; the kitchen had only an unwashed pot and a few utensils. I reported it several times, nothing was resolved. I will request a partial refund because for 1400 zł + 300 zł for attractions that couldn’t be used, you could have rested in much better conditions for that amount. I didn’t stay the whole trip; at night I fled to the house completely gnawed. I don’t have many photos because I don’t know how to capture the moment someone occupies someone else’s cottage, but I have many screenshots of the conversation with the company. I do not recommend it.

A quiet spot out of town, the cabin is sound‑proof and lets you escape city noise. It’s fully equipped, and even though the nights are chilly it heats up fast, so it was very warm inside. We also used the free‑for‑all, self‑service sauna without feeling watched, which was great. We’ll definitely come back.

Staying here was a huge disappointment. The cabin was extremely dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Windows were filthy with bird droppings and the inside of the frames were neglected. Dust, grit, and cobwebs covered everything inside. The bathroom was in terrible condition – a dirty, yellow toilet and an empty soap container. In the kitchen, cabinets were soaked, salt and pepper were dried out in their jars, and the sugar jar was empty. It was obvious that nobody had inspected or prepared the place for guests. The terrace and outdoor area were also poorly maintained – full of leaves and bird droppings, the garden furniture was dirty, and there was a cracked window in the building. The whole place felt abandoned rather than ready for guests. The owner blamed the dirt on “the tree‑house nature” and that “this isn’t a hotel,” which is unacceptable; basic cleanliness should be upheld everywhere. He also claimed the cabin was cleaned on our arrival day, which is false – it looked as if no one had cleaned after the previous guests, only fresh linens were left. The paid sauna was almost unusable; for two days we couldn’t heat it, and the water was only lukewarm. The only positive was that the owner ultimately didn’t charge the 200 zł for the sauna, and the location has potential and is nicely situated. Unfortunately, the lack of any care for cleanliness and condition completely ruined the stay. I definitely don’t recommend it – basic standards are missing and it seems the owner just doesn’t care.
