Nothing. We waited 3½ hours before the house that looked unoccupied, with worn doors during heavy rain and a thunderstorm, hoping someone would answer our calls and involve someone. Then we looked for a new place!!

We stayed just one night before an early flight, but the room would be perfect for a longer stay. Clean, tidy. There is a shared kitchen for three rooms.

The room felt modern and cozy, though noises from neighboring rooms could be heard, yet it didn’t bother us much. We enjoyed a nice terrace complete with a table and chairs. Getting to the B&B from Bergamo was a breeze on bus 1C, and from the airport we took bus 1A; it’s just one stop away (5 min) from the airport, making it very convenient. The bus stop is right around the corner. Their shuttle costs an extra 10 €, which I overlooked, so I’m mentioning it for anyone else who might miss it on booking. Checking in and out at our preferred times was simple; we just grabbed our keys from a key box by the front door. There is no reception desk here. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in Italy, and they even picked us up and drove us back. A lovely local wine and food spot lies only 250 m away, and I highly recommend dining there. Soundproofing could use improvement, but that’s understandable.
