Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
Very good accommodation with a really nice family. The food was amazing! They also offered different tours in the forest where we saw serpents and other creatures. (Unfortunately most of them seemed to be sleeping) Also it is possible to swim in the river and it was really cool. Tree person has to sleep in one double size bed.

The location in the jungle by the river was breathtaking. The room and bathroom were very nice. The owner’s wife (also a jungle guide) cooked wonderfully. It’s a pity we only enjoyed one night at this special place. The location is somewhat remote, but close to the rainforest. That wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s good to know.

The low spot directly on the river was great! The food was plentiful and freshly prepared. It tasted wonderful! Because we were five and there were only two rooms, we were the only guests. The hosts were reserved, yet very warm and fulfilled all requests perfectly. The rainforest tour with the host’s father, who has been a guide for 20 years, is highly recommended!

Loved our stay at Rainforest River Bay. The host family really looked after us, they picked us up from Deniyaya and dropped us off again afterwards. The included breakfast was delicious and so were the added dinners we had too. The highlight though was the grandfather taking us through the rainforest as our guide, we got to see several different snakes, lizards, birds, and other interesting critters and bugs. We left very happy!!

Very friendly family where we were allowed to stay. Our children played with the family’s kids in the water, which was very pleasant. The grandpa of the family showed us all the beautiful sights in Sinharaja rainforest. A stay to never forget.
