The staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is super central, the value for money is top, and the balcony offers a great view of the mountains. The mattresses and shower head could be replaced, and the shower should be resealed. A small linen closet, a shelf, or towel hooks beside the sink would also be nice.

I stayed in the center of Harrachova, everything was close—shops, restaurants, the ski lift, hiking trails. The hotel felt warm, hot water was available all day, the beds were comfortable, and a stream flowed beautifully outside the window. Breakfast was excellent, with options for sweet, salty, hot, cold, fruit, yogurt, coffee, and more. The biggest plus was the wonderful owners who run the business as a family and pour their hearts into it.

The hotel has great potential, superb location, very friendly staff, and good breakfasts. It’s a Czech standard from the 2000s and needs a refresh, but for a few days in a good spot it’s acceptable.

The staff were hardworking and friendly. The room was small but cozily furnished and featured a balcony overlooking a small stream. Breakfast left no room for disappointment.

The staff were very kind and friendly, and the atmosphere was good. At breakfast, you had to arrive as early as possible because food wasn’t added later.
