The hotel was decent and the service was good. The booking platform’s service was very poor and didn’t allow us to earn points.

I had a great stay with very nice staff, a convenient location for what we needed, and the place was spotless; the free laundry service was a bonus. The room and beds were comfortable, and breakfast offered plenty of options, mostly oriental.
