Nice hotel, very friendly staff, and the facilities were good for a short family break. Booking restaurant times online was complicated and it was hard to arrange the children’s buffet with the adult meals.

The room was nice and breakfast was good, but the pool feels too small for a hydro hotel and I couldn't try the Victorian baths because they cost extra. The location is beautiful and the views from the top of the site are great, though all the extra costs—kids activities and the games room—are a downside.
