Hampton Inn & Suites Colorado Springs

“It was ok.”

I wanted to wash clothes but the washer was broken; I expected better maintenance or a second unit, and the breakfast fell short compared to other places we stayed.

“Conveniently located hotel for short stays”

Hampton Inn & Suites is conveniently situated near the Air Force Academy, other hotels, and restaurants. Check‑in was quick, the staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms matched what you’d expect from the brand – well equipped, practical, and average‑sized. The kids loved the large indoor pool and the outdoor spa. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was similar to what you find at comparable U.S. hotels – not exactly what Europeans might expect, but typical for the U.S. There were no complaints; everything was as expected. It’s about 10 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs, and traffic can get heavy.

Everything was great.

We liked the indoor pool and the hot morning breakfast. The front‑desk lady was very pleasant, and the room and facilities felt clean. The place was also very quiet. However, the complimentary hot water for tea was lukewarm, housekeeping was inconsistent, and on the first day our beds weren’t made. The hot tub had very little water and didn’t look inviting.
