The location is fine. The room stank and had mold. The restroom door wouldn’t close. I booked 6 nights with my son and 2 pets, but they only allowed 4 nights and added extra pet fees that weren’t mentioned in the reservation.

I found the room extremely comfortable, but the staff were a bit rude and unfriendly.

I was not happy at all. The AC shut off by itself and after a while would turn on again; I checked everything and it still didn't work. After about two complete hours I called the front desk and she said she would move me to another room. She spoke to her manager, who kept telling me the unit was new and would turn itself off. I told him he couldn't explain what I was experiencing, and after a while I asked if he could give me a different room since I was staying another night. He said no, so we packed our belongings and left with no other choice. I hated to leave because I had stayed there many times, but I will never stay again and my family won't either.
