Great location, easy check‑in and trouble‑free late‑night entry. Coffee machine and refilled pods. Spacious room. You can store luggage in a nearby office on the day of departure. The weakest point is the breakfasts at the nearby restaurant. Basically you get one of four snacks and a cup of coffee. The tiny fridge barely fits a small bottle of water or two beer cans.

The location is very good, close to the tourist area. Good Sicilian breakfast at a café. Staff replies quickly. Overall the service is disappointing for the price. There are many problems that pile up and prevent you from enjoying the trip. Avoid it! Rooms are generally poorly equipped: – No space to open suitcases – Lack of privacy in the room (sound insulation needs improvement) – Outside noise – Sometimes no hot water – Plumbing issue fixed quickly. Communication problems: – You discover upon arrival that the agency didn’t accept our documents for self‑check‑in, even though we were told it was fine in a message – The tourist tax requested was higher than the one shown on Booking.

“Bene”

I was in the heart of the city, and the room was huge and spotless, complete with a coffee maker and kettle. The breakfast at one of Catania’s historic bars was amazing. However, I stayed for two nights and the room wasn’t cleaned properly; the soap ran out immediately, there was no bottled water, no bath mat, and I had to toss a towel on the floor. A bit more attention would make it perfect.

The location was great, right on Via Etnea. My room was quiet and spacious, and the breakfast at one of the best bars on Via Etnea was excellent. The only downside was that the pillow was too high for me; otherwise everything was fine.
