I booked a suite, but they no longer offer them; the place looked far worse than the photos—ancient, grimy, with dirty hallways and broken door knobs, and overall a nasty vibe.

Breakfast? Is there breakfast? People mind their own business here and it was chill. Staff is pretty cool. Location is right on US1 and blocks from the turnpike. Im not from out of town but if I was its easy access to the keys( about a 40min drive. A nice drive at that) 30 min to downtown and 45 to south beach and close to other stuff like restaurants , used to be a mall but not anymore and Everglades maybe 20min west depending on traffic. Walk to gas stations and its right next to a good strip club thats open till 5am. Other bars are in close by too that are open late and another bar opens at 5am which is where everyone goes after hours including some strippers. You can also get whatever you want here or in the club. My room had a clogged toilet which clogged over and over and that pissed me off but I didn't try to change rooms cuz I didn't wanna move all my stuff again. This isn't my first time here at all so I know what I get but still I want a working toilet. This time there was good hot water. If u turn off a/c room turns wet so ur wet or freezing. Also they don't have a mini fridge anymore which sucks big time and to make it worse the two ice machines they have didn't work so I had to buy ice at the gas station next door. Didn't wanna spend that money. If they had ice and my toilet worked it would have been fine, or if it had a mini fridge but damn. There's ghetto and there's a geto dump. Im fine with ghetto but this really bordered on a dump this time. Im sure eventually the ice will get fixed and other people aren't experiencing the toilet issue which the guy told me to let him knowif it persisted but I didn't so thats kinda on me. Oh yeah the pool wasn't open, idk if it ever is actually. TV is ok tho

“Don’t EVER stay HERE and the pictures online are false advertisement.”

I hated everything: mold everywhere, dirty sheets, a floor soaked in water, and they even stole my money. They promised a refund, but were unprofessional, lied, and never replied to my emails.
