The staff were very welcoming, the cleanliness was good, and the breakfast was great. The bathroom heater is barely adequate in winter.

With only four rooms, this hotel is part of a hospitality school; we were greeted in the parking area in front of the building, which was a nice touch. The room is spacious and has a large bathroom, and the breakfast, while simple, was sufficient. The Wi‑Fi does not reach the farthest room, but a cheap repeater could fix that; an extra roll of toilet paper would also put many guests at ease.

The spot was great, the staff welcomed us warmly, and the room was spacious. The Wi‑Fi was spotty, and it would have helped if the restaurant kept a table ready for a booked room or asked if we wanted one.
