The staff were kind, especially the girl at reception—she’s professional, kind, and respectful. 10/10 stay. The hotel is brand new, in a very nice area, and highly recommended for people seeking a calm stay and a nice view. The location is close to everything, they pay great attention to detail, and it’s very clean! Everything was perfect!

We were checked in earlier than scheduled and allowed to wait for breakfast, even though it wasn’t included. The staff at the front desk and in the dining area were very friendly, and the room was cozy and convenient. However, over the two nights we couldn’t sleep at all because nearby restaurants and nightclubs kept the noise level high. By 5 am there was still loud music, and then a truck unloaded a new batch of metal crates of alcohol right outside our window. For three hours I heard someone banging metal discs against the windows. I usually sleep well in many situations, but that night I had to leave to get some rest elsewhere.

I was impressed by the hotel staff from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping; they were all courteous and smiling, and the maintenance person was quick to fix the AC after I reported it. The hotel’s cleanliness, furniture, and excellent sound insulation between rooms stood out. Public transport was convenient: the central metro station is a 15‑minute walk from the hotel. In short, a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I thank all the staff.

An absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel so welcome—they are incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely loving. The service throughout our stay was top-notch and truly of the highest standard. We want to extend a very special thank you to Berkay, who helped us with everything right from our first day. He cheerfully fulfilled every single request we had, and we are deeply grateful for his amazing care and hospitality! 🙏 The hotel's location is fantastic, and the level of cleanliness was also very high. We give this hotel our highest recommendation and can't wait to return!
