Overall it was good, but morning tea arrived after 7 am; a complimentary or paid electric kettle with ready‑to‑use tea/coffee pouches would fix that.

I used to be a loyal guest before Treebo took over; it was well run then. Treebo cancelled my room before arrival, demanded pre‑payment while I was abroad, and now keeps spamming me with ads even though I never stayed.

Rooms weren't clean, the breakfast was cold and unprepared, and staff were unresponsive; if this continues, the hotel will lose credibility. It's a very disappointing stay, and I'll update the same Google review.

It’s a decent place to stay; the staff are friendly and helpful, the location feels safe, but some renovations are needed.
