The room was spotless, breakfast was tasty, and Dzung along with the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

“Chambre décevante et sale.”

The staff and the location were the only things we liked about the hotel; despite the low price we were still let down: the hotel looked much darker than the pictures, the single‑glazed window let all street noise in, the mattresses were uncomfortable and stained with sheets that slipped, the air‑conditioning was either freezing or absent and we had no blankets, the bathroom delivered cold water for all five days and the drain was clogged, causing frequent flooding, breakfast advertised as an all‑you‑can‑eat buffet turned out to be a single portion monitored by staff and felt very limited, overall the room was dirty with dust and crumbs everywhere, and the Wi‑Fi disappeared at times, though the staff were friendly and the location convenient.

“Wonderful.”

Breakfast was fabulous and the staff were wonderfully helpful. The spa was great and the location was excellent. Honestly, nothing! We’ll come back again.

“EXCEPTIONAL”

I like the hotel’s location; I give it an exceptional rating because it’s close to almost all tourist attractions. The breakfast had very few choices.
