Position and price. La posizione da booking è errata ti rimanda a un' altra struttura che sta a 5 minuti di macchina, camera sporca e nessuno ha pulito in. 2 giorni, la reception dovrebbe lavorare fino alle 20 ma abbiamo provato a chiamare alle 19:30 e nessuno ha risposto

In the room and around the property everything was clean, and there was plenty of parking space. The pool had warm water at +31 °C. We stayed in the luxury cottage #4, which comfortably accommodated five adults. The room was well‑equipped with enough dishes and an electric kettle, and the tap water was free from additives or odors. Administrator Galina was very attentive and polite, responding quickly to all requests. The hotel is close to supermarkets (Silpo) and public transport stops, including a free bus to Bukovel opposite Silpo. The Wi‑Fi signal in the room was very weak and practically unusable. Being on a hill, the steep climb up the road or stairs was inconvenient. It would be nice to have a microwave in the luxury room and larger cups than the coffee ones.

We stayed in a family cottage that was very comfortable and convenient for us. All the necessities for a family were there, and the kitchen came fully equipped. The pool was great, the water was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. The only downside was the lack of a microwave, and the steep climb to the complex made it hard to move around when you’re tired.

The location is nice and the staff are very friendly. The room was dirty, and the toilet barely held up.
