“No geral, foi muito agradável e acolhedora.”
We liked the staff, especially Mr. André at the front desk and Djavan, the restaurant manager; they were very friendly, helpful, and very available.

The service was good, the sheets and towels were spotless, the mattress was good, and the breakfast was excellent. There were hairs on the floor and in the sink drain, clogging it.

The location was great, but the breakfast could have been better and the bed wasn’t that comfortable.
