The place was clean, transparent, and friendly. I think I was bitten by an insect several times; I didn’t note it but it probably isn’t the same problematic insect that caused issues in many Italian hotels some time ago. No complaints from my side, everything’s fine. I’m just a bit concerned, so I’d suggest you check and disinfect the area to be safe. Thank you.

The staff were friendly and everything was spotless—the toilets and shower were pristine and cleaned every morning, the administrator gave me a lock for the locker, the room was quiet and the air‑conditioning was just right. The downside was that the washer/dryer combo was pricey for a large load, which felt excessive when I only needed to wash a few items and air‑dry them.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s extremely unsafe, hard to locate, and the staff were uncooperative; after just one night I won’t return.
