“Grauenhaft, nie wieder!!”

The location was fine, but the staff were untrained, unfriendly, unprofessional, cleanliness was lacking, tables weren’t wiped before being set again, the washrooms and toilets in the basement were dirty and never cleaned, tissues lay on the floor, the floor was dirty, and either a noisy leaf blower woke me in the morning or loud music from the second floor blasted down. The restaurant was too expensive, portions were tiny. Parking was too pricey (20 € per day!!).

The rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy, the lakeside location was fantastic, breakfast was just fine, and the front‑desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent, but the overall hygiene and cleanliness in the hotel leave much to be desired.

The location is good, but after 30 years without any updates to the rooms, the exterior looks fine while the interior feels awful; the entire staff, from the manager to the service staff, still don’t seem to grasp what matters: the guest. They talk a lot but rarely act, never even offering a small cookie with coffee, and the place is really dirty. All this in a building that charges over 420,00 EUR per night without food, parking or a dog fee. We never felt at home, perhaps our 11th wedding anniversary will be a celebration. (Herr Thäsler: please spare us any regret—just change it!)
