Some rooms were worn and not clean, or unfinished after renovation or new build; the radiator and fire alarm were missing. The food was great, tasted good, portions were more than enough, and the value for money was right.

The bathroom had mold on the bedding, the room was completely disorganized, and the overall condition was awful.

The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly, but the room was tiny with two beds even though I booked a single; to reach the window I had to climb over the second bed. The room and bathroom had broken light bulbs, mold in the shower, no mirror, and the hallway was dirty from what looked like ongoing renovations. The parking door was open day and night, letting anyone in, which made me feel unsafe.

Breakfast from 5 – 10 am was varied and plentiful; the sausage, cheese, etc. were good quality, and coffee, tea, and orange juice were available in unlimited amounts. The sink was too small and there was no non‑slip mat in front of the shower enclosure.

A solid inn with a restaurant, serving excellent German cuisine and clean, well-kept rooms; highly recommended.
