Hotel Piccolo Mondo

The room came with a balcony and there were both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, yet the bike storage was too small and only reachable by stairs; the rooms themselves were outdated and would benefit from a refurbishment—minor issues like a squeaking door, falling baseboard corners, and a broken toilet paper holder were noted.

“Wspominam bardzo dobrze.”

I was impressed by the location and the breakfasts, but I also found those same aspects to be disappointing.

“Werde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen u keine gute Werbung machen”

At check‑out I tried to discuss a price adjustment because my room lacked a balcony, but the receptionist reacted aggressively, speaking in an entirely inappropriate, loud tone and accusing me of not arriving sooner, suggesting I could have canceled and found another hotel; such hostile, guest‑unfriendly conduct is utterly unacceptable and violates basic hospitality principles, leaving me humiliated and dismissed instead of offered a solution.

Super Lage, man ist gleich am See und im Ort. Das Frühstück was sehr vielfältig. Das Zimmer war groß und die Pools auch schön. Schön das auch der Parkplatz inkludiert war. Es hat nach Schimmelreiniger gerochen im Zimmer und die Matratze war für unseren Geschmack nicht so angenehm
