We liked the location, the facilities, and especially the owner and his team. The Wi‑Fi was weak, not all outlets in the room worked, and the bathroom in our room could use a renovation or upgrade.

Perfect spot to visit Spello, Assisi, and the surrounding area. Nice pool and attached bar. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. The bathrooms need a makeover and the shower cubicle is missing.
