The rooms were great with comfortable beds and plenty of space; we loved the swimming pools, especially the shaded downstairs one; everything about this place made us happy and it was great value for money, and I can’t think of anything negative.

I liked the good bed and the nice views from the roof terrace, and there was also a pool. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work in all rooms, which is a bad thing, and there were several different passwords, for example the roof terrace password. The omelets at breakfast were left loose.

The pillows were firm and the water pressure in the shower was great, and the staff were very cute. The cleaning before check‑in was not tidy; there were hairs in the bathroom and on the floor, but when I called, they came right away to sweep it up.

Breakfast was fine. The room‑temperature thermostat didn’t work – only two settings, +16 or +22 degrees. The indoor climate and room temperature were unacceptable. The hot/cold water mixer was broken, so the balcony bathtub was unusable. I upgraded from a standard room to this deluxe room hoping for that feature. Despite complaints, the staff behaved arrogantly and ignored my request for a discount. THB 2590 is far too expensive for the facilities and location. I always travel worldwide and have been satisfied with many hotels, but this one is absolutely among the worst I’ve experienced over many years. If possible, stay away from this hotel! The service is not seriously interested in treating customers genuinely and well.

The accommodation was well designed, functional and very convenient; the rooftop floor had a beautiful view, the staff were excellent, the rooms were well sound‑proofed and I slept soundly. The shampoo left my hair rough even after using conditioner, the hot water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, the TV was a standard digital set rather than a smart TV, and the staff were confused about the Thai assistance rights for the rooftop restaurant and failed to remind me to use the discount coupon.
