The surroundings, the cottage, the pool, and the reception were all very friendly.

I really liked the mattress and the modern equipment, but the staff member at the property behaved terribly towards me when I arrived around 21:00, already night, with my luggage. Since there was no visible identification on the houses, I had to walk around checking one by one… When I called Helena for help, she showed little interest, seemed annoyed, and in a dismissive tone said, “see if you’re not lost for too long,” even laughing! That’s not the kind of treatment a customer or a human deserves; I paid for the service and expected empathy and respect. The lack of empathy made me uncomfortable, and from then on my interaction with her was only via messages. Moreover, the breakfast, though high quality, offered only 2 eggs for 3 days, which is insufficient (they provide breakfast every 3 days). Finally, I didn’t like that there was no control over who entered or left the property; anyone could come and go and the gate was never closed, even at night.

The location was wonderfully peaceful, the staff made you feel truly special, and the breakfasts were excellent. The only downside was that it can be hard to find because Google Maps and Apple Maps direct you to different spots, but once you arrive it’s great!

The bungalow was wonderfully clean, quiet, and modern. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Air conditioning was present and the place was well kept. It was truly super quiet, and the pool was a nice bonus. The main drawback was that there was no option to sit outside with the family; there were only two lounge chairs and no place to dine or play games outdoors.
