The neighborhood is ideal, just 10 minutes from the Vatican and close to the Ottaviano metro and shops. The staff are present every morning, the housekeepers are pleasant, responsive to requests, and discreet. A cake is offered daily in the common kitchen. Luggage can be stored before departure. However, there was a lack of information about arrival; I had to call for remote access and receive explanations via text. The kitchenette mentioned in the listing and shown in photos is not in the room called “suite”; it’s in the common areas, and we were woken several mornings at 5 am by other guests, with no rule about its use times. The place is very humid and there were issues with hot water.
