Wonderful! Room clean, very comfortable bed, on‑site parking, friendly host, recommended a pastry shop for breakfast and a restaurant in Sarzana for dinner, both perfect. We’ll definitely come back, even though I won’t return to Lerici and San Terenzo, you can’t expect to host a flood of people with few paid parking spots.

The property is very pleasant, cool, and set in a very evocative olive grove. Covered parking is available for guests. Truly hospitable and excellent welcome from the manager.

We arrived on time, the manager was waiting and welcomed us with kindness and calm. I asked for dinner suggestions and within a moment he sent several options. I felt right at home. Nothing else to comment.
