I was thrilled with the location—right next to the market, everything within arm’s reach. The room and bathroom were spotless. The bed was fine for someone who likes a soft surface, but I would have preferred it firmer.

We liked the air‑conditioning, the beds were comfy, the room was quiet, and the bathroom was well equipped. Parking was free and close by. The place operates like a rental, not a hotel, so we felt a bit lost on arrival, but the restaurant staff were helpful.

The spot is great, within walking distance of Lake Garda, and sits on a small, cozy square where you can eat nicely. We were contacted well before check‑in and could send a message half an hour in advance. When we arrived, we were greeted for check‑in.

The building was newly renovated and its location was super central, right on the square. The only downside was that there was no elevator.

We only stayed one night even though we had booked three. The air‑conditioning was a disaster—it was more a fan than a real unit! There were many stairs and no lift, which made it hard for a family with a baby and stroller. I had to switch to a different hotel because it was unbearable, so I can’t give a good rating after that night.
