“Molto carino, ma andrebbe "rinfrescato"”

The owner was incredibly kind! The place sits in a very peaceful area, perfect for a weekend getaway if you want to unplug. It’s well connected to Teramo and other main roads. The breakfast spread includes yogurt, milk, coffee, granola, toast, jams, and various pastries. Wine, beer, and other non-alcoholic drinks are available in the fridge for a small extra charge. Air‑conditioning, TV, and fairly dark curtains are great if you’re sensitive to light at night! =) The exterior with olive trees is very pleasant, and there’s a covered lounge under a veranda accessible via sliding doors and the main door. We didn’t use the Wi‑Fi, but there were no signal problems. The B&B is very cute and in a great area, but it feels a bit neglected: some walls need repainting, the bathroom radiator is rusting, the front door handle is about to come loose, and some window frames have missing parts. The biggest improvement would be adding mosquito nets to keep unwanted “roommates” at bay. =)

The bedding and towels were clean, and it was clear where the key was. The place was filthy everywhere with spider webs. The floor was not clean, the shower door was very dirty, and I had to wash all the cutlery first because it was dirty. The dishwasher was broken, apparently for a very long time, and the owner didn’t think it needed to be working. She also said there was no real kitchen, so there shouldn’t have been a dishwasher. There were a huge number of mosquitoes in the accommodation, literally a lot. Streaming services and TV channels weren’t working, even though you pay for them. The owner wanted to remove the spider webs after we left, but when we came back from a day out there was nothing cleaned. The stairs to the upper floor were dangerous; seven of the steps had loose plates. The bed was small, especially short. Hot water was sometimes on, sometimes off. We reached out and explained what was going on. We wanted to leave. The owner didn’t want to compensate and thought we were making it up. She compensated us, and we left after 2 days.

The apartment was well‑maintained and spacious. The owners were very helpful.

The owner’s welcome was very warm. The apartment was pleasant and roomy. The place was very quiet. The location was a bit out of the way.
