I was amazed by the incredibly friendly staff all the time, the rooms were spotless, the hotel and its facilities were gorgeous, and there were activities for the whole family; we traveled 16 people, rented 7 rooms, and not a single one had a bad experience, so we’re happy we chose Iberostar Bávaro Suites. Everything I liked.

All staff were very attentive, but some restaurants, like the Japanese one, were a terrible experience, as were all the wines served in the all‑inclusive.

Everything was perfect overall, from the facilities and cleanliness to the organization and staff, especially their dedication to guest service. The beach fell short because of a lot of seaweed on the sand.
