I got in at midnight and the staff was easy to reach by text for check‑in; they were very friendly. The rooms had classic charm, were old but clean, and the furniture was good quality. My AC was extremely noisy, and one of the wing holders was detached, making a helicopter‑like sound at higher settings.

The location right across from the station and close to the city is great.

The staff was great, very polite and helpful. A young man walked me to the sidewalk to show how close the train station was—I’d been heading the wrong way all day. Breakfast was good and a good value. The Thai restaurant is literally next door, and the bus stop is right there. The balcony was nice, and the room was cozy and clean. Nothing was wrong.

The location, price, simplicity, and welcome were all good. The only downside was that there was a shower instead of a bathtub.
