It’s close to Cleveland Clinic, about a 4 minute drive. The area is near food, clean, and safe. I would stay again!

The hotel sits in a prime spot near University Circle and Severance Hall, and public transport is right around the corner. My room was roomy, neat, and super comfy—no complaints there. However, I had to check out at an ungodly hour and couldn't get a bill because the night auditor was nowhere to be found, and the hotel never sent me a receipt via email either.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of the conservatory and several major museums, and a Starbucks is right outside the entrance, with plenty of other dining options nearby. Everyone from the front‑desk staff to the manager was extremely friendly and patient, even though my English wasn’t perfect.
