The location and breakfast were excellent, but the place was noisy.

The staff were friendly, but the hotel felt very outdated. Our room, a “bridal suite,” had an awful bed, the carpet made our socks filthy, there was no space in the bathroom, the shower door didn’t close, and the paper bath mat made it feel very run down.

The location was perfect for winter gardens and not too far from the front, and the walking distance to tourist attractions was lovely. I don’t think there was anything negative!

From the moment we entered the hotel until we left, every staff member was really friendly and helpful, but the creek floorboards at night make it hard to go to the bathroom without waking anyone up.
