There was a lot of black mold in the washbasin, bathroom, and other water areas, which was unpleasant. The trash cans had English stickers on the lids, making sorting unclear, perhaps because foreigners dominate. Facing the road, the entrance opened onto the street, so I had to be very careful when coming and going. There were no shops nearby; the nearest convenience store was about 500 m away.

We appreciated having a private area and a washing machine, and the shower and bathroom were separate, which helped when we were a big group. Walking to the nearest station takes 7 minutes, a dinner spot is 4 minutes away, and a 7eleven is 11 minutes away. After the third day, the place got dirty and dusty because four of us were staying there; a broom or small stick vacuum would have helped since there was no cleaning service. The photos were somewhat misleading: it’s a common area with a kitchenette and four beds, but there was a lot of trash between the beds and even used condoms. The two tall beds were comfortable, but the two floor mattresses had visible springs and left a bruise after night three. There was no space for luggage.

The accommodation is close to Kyoto Station, offers cooking facilities, family lodging options, and a washing machine. Dust settled between the two beds and mold appeared around the bathtub. Communication was not very smooth, with messages received that didn’t concern me, and the washing machine buttons were not translated.

The layout of the lodging is good and you can cook there. The only downside is that it is 10 blocks from the metro.

The toilet and bathroom are spacious, and the train station and bus stop are about a 10‑minute walk away. There isn’t enough space for luggage for two adults and two kids, and the toilet paper ran out during a four‑night stay. Dust and hair were found between the beds, and dust covered the windows.
