The staff were friendly, the furnishings and décor were nice, and the bathrobe and slippers service was good; breakfast was very complete. The bathroom was impractical: the toilet cup was in front of the shower curtain, too close; the shower pan was tiny and splashed onto the floor.

The supervisors were excellent, the location was great, and the place itself was superb. Cooling was a problem.

The morning orange juice was good. The shower flooded the bathroom and it never dried throughout my stay.

We were very well welcomed at the hotel. The front‑desk lady was very accommodating and kind. The rooms were large, very clean, and furnished with traditional furniture. We couldn’t use the spa because it required an extra fee, and the mattresses were a bit hard, as were the pillows.
