The facilities and service were excellent.

The location was exceptional and the staff were very courteous, but the Booking rate didn’t include VAT even though it claimed all costs were covered.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s location was convenient, not far by car or taxi from the city centre. The rooms were beautiful and clean; during my week‑long stay they were tidied daily and the towels were changed. Breakfast was good and tasty, with fresh fruit every day. There was a small but sufficient gym in the basement that could be used from 6 am. Everything was super. The only annoyance was the noise from teenagers who gathered in the park below at night and played loud music; it didn’t happen every evening, just two nights.
