As a Regular Guest of this Hotel,We have to Expect More then Previous Stay but It's been like 2,3 Times I got a same problem. I don't like to Post this kind of Negligence but it's Too Muchhh. • Nowadays when we got the room,All the time we found Dust, pieces of garbages,Hairs on the Bed and Specially NO TOWELS in the Bathroom. • For the TOWEL We have to Call 4/5 times.and It Takes Sooooooooooo Long

Some service was acceptable, but other aspects were terrible: after calling five times, I finally received a tissue paper that was so poor it should have been stocked in every room. The night‑shift receptionist—an Indian man whose name I don’t know—was very rude when I informed him that my partner had been cancelled and that I was calling a friend; despite this, he still charged me 100 dhs extra, which is unjustified unless a third person is involved.

The property is in a good location, spacious, and offers value for money at its price. However, the floor carpets are filthy, the furniture is outdated, and there are no sandals or slippers provided for the washroom.
