The location was great, the on‑site café was convenient, the room was clean, and the service was excellent, but after we checked out, a staff member called us the next day to claim we hadn’t paid for a pack of Orbit cigarettes we never bought, insisting they had photographed the absence; it was a very unpleasant experience.
