We arrived at the hotel at 18:00, though we had planned to come at 15:00; our room had not been cleaned, with beer bottles and towels on the table and floor. I was unaware from the listing that the restaurant and spa areas were closed, which was a bit disappointing. We were lucky to get a new room immediately, yet the first impression remained negative. It is baffling that the earlier room was not cleaned even though there was no crowd; no other guests were visible, so how could the room have been left dirty? This should not happen. I could have brought my partner or a friend as a surprise to the hotel, which would have gone completely wrong. The new room’s cleanliness was understandably suspect; otherwise it was tidy, but the refrigerator still had tomato sauce and the sauna still had water in the stove. I wonder if anyone even looked at the sauna… additionally the room had a bad sewage odor.

The property is clean and stylish, being less than a year old, and the hilltop views are very good—make sure to book a room with a view. It seems there are many cabins with poor views. Response times were exceptionally long (two weeks), though the communication was friendly and helpful when it finally occurred. Reception and other facilities were closed because September is off‑season, but that is not an excuse if rooms or cabins are available for booking. The cooking facilities in the cabin had wet wood, making it hard to start a fire. The room lacks a microwave or coffee machine, even though a kitchenette is advertised; you can only use the hob for small cooking. The sauna has a ridiculously small stove for its size—perhaps foreign tourists are unaware of what to expect from a sauna.

I liked the cabin; it was comfortable. I did not like that there were no services available beyond the cabin itself.
