The comfort and suitability were great, the service was excellent, recommended for embassy paperwork because it’s very close, everything was exceptional.

I stood outside the front gate for 1 hour and 30 minutes in a light rain before anyone let me in to register, which was a bad experience for customers.

The reception was very friendly, but we had to take off our shoes and didn't have any indoor footwear to use.

The free WIFI, location, and especially Mrs. Lili and her family's patience were great, as I arrived late due to road issues but they were understanding; I already have a safe place to stay in Quito, and next time I'll request breakfast. Oh, and the heater for cold nights is a big plus. I have nothing to complain about; everything seemed fine, just like a little clock.
