The location is stunning, quiet, and beautiful, with gorgeous views and nice walking paths.
The facilities here are top-notch - the pool, gym, and restaurants are all super nice.
Although the room was a bit on the smaller side, it was spotlessly clean and well-maintained.

“Nice room but needs to be thoroughly cleaned and plumbing needs attention.”
We weren’t told when we booked that the room and the facilities were separate entities, with the Glacier company owning the facilities and the room owner only owning the room and not automatically entitled to pools, golf, tennis, workout room or restaurants. In our case, the owner had purchased access to those facilities, but we only discovered this on our last day when we tried to use the golf course. That access is a huge perk for anyone booking this room, but it should be clearly stated in both promotional material and the information book in the room. We were too late to get a tee time on the last day, but the facilities are a big advantage. The room was dirty—period! I have pictures because it was that bad. All surfaces were covered in dust, there were empty bags of chips and snacks behind two dressers and sticking out from under the couch, and there appeared to be kitty litter on the rug, so the room hadn’t been vacuumed. The drains in both the kitchen and bathroom were clogged, causing poor drainage that needs snaking or replacement. The sheets didn’t fit the bed properly or were the wrong size. The glass window had a child’s handprint on it and was so dirty that it was hard to see the spectacular view.
The facilities here are top-notch - the pool, gym, and restaurants are all super nice. The location is stunning, quiet, and beautiful, with gorgeous views and nice walking paths. The building and condo itself are very clean and comfortable, but the condo could use a few more extras, like complimentary coffee. The bedding was a bit worn, but overall it's a great place to stay.
The hotel's stunning architecture and picturesque surroundings made for a lovely stay. Although the room was a bit on the smaller side, it was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. However, the noise from the nearby street was a bit of a nuisance, especially at night. Still, the hotel's charm and helpful staff made up for the minor drawbacks.
“Precioso departamento”
I loved the place—super comfy, fully equipped, and the décor is gorgeous; I'd definitely come back. The only hiccup was that there was no one to ask questions, but everything was explained well enough that it didn't matter much.
This place has its pros and cons, but the good definitely outweighs the bad. The location is super convenient - you're just 10 minutes from Purgatory ski area and Durango, which is a huge plus. The unit itself is well-equipped with plenty of cookware, and the elevator is a nice touch. The fitness area is also really nice, with two pools and everything you need to stay active on your trip. Plus, having a washer and dryer on site is a huge bonus.
