The hotel and its facilities were fine. We had a mouse in the room at a 4‑star S hotel, which was caught with a glue trap and had to die painfully – that’s unacceptable. As compensation they gave us a plate with –6– chocolates and 2 raspberries.

The hotel is stunning, and our Gardensuite was spacious and designed for comfort. The wellness area is impressive, with several pools, saunas, and a massage‑cosmetics section, all impeccably clean, plus a modest but well‑equipped fitness room that handles both cardio and strength work. Every staff member—from reception to bar, restaurant, masseuse, and housekeeping—was genuinely friendly and always ready to help. The food and restaurant could not be better in terms of presentation, freshness, quality, variety, and portions. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and at home.

The property exceeded my expectations: large, modern rooms, flawless cleanliness, and a beautiful terrace outside. The spa area and pools were wonderful, with perfect water temperatures. Breakfast offered a wide range of sweet and savory items, excellent juices, a very good snack service, and dinner gave a broad selection of great dishes… I would highly recommend it. No complaints at all.
