The location is good, and the staff are helpful.

The breakfast was fine and the location convenient, but I booked a deluxe room with a kitchen, sitting area and a ground‑floor balcony and got something completely different; the linens looked like they’d been left out to dry on a line, the sheets were stained, pillows and mattresses were uncomfortable, and the room was dirty – we had to push the bed to reach my son’s shoe and found it filthy with dead insects, dust, and decorative cushions smeared with what seemed like grease. To top it off, the shower’s heating element was burnt out; we told the receptionist at 9:00 am, returned at 7:00 pm and were told it was fixed, yet it still didn’t work, and the only solution offered was to shower in an empty room before going back, with no relocation. Overall the stay was terrible and I cannot recommend it.
I liked the service during my stay and the location is very efficient, thanks to the staff.

The place is in a good spot, but the room was dirty, with old sheets and towels. The shower didn’t work and the staff didn’t bother to fix it or move me to another room.
The location is great, the staff are wonderful, the breakfast is simple but I like it, and the price is fair. Miguel, the friendly guy, and a paradise. I stayed in low season and the room had several straw and wood décor pieces that gave off a strange smell; there was no diffuser in the room.
