I’ve visited this mid‑range hotel several times while in Mumbai; the rooms are large, clean, and the staff competent, and the location is convenient and upscale, though the price feels a touch high.

The bar and staff services were good, yet the passages outside the rooms were permeated with the smell of food and fish.

The location and beach view are great and the bed is comfy, but the hotel feels a bit dirty everywhere, especially the pool area which is filthy with bird droppings on the floor and sunbeds; I told the manager directly and nothing was cleaned. Breakfast was very limited and the restaurant was dark and dingy, so I left after one visit for a local coffee shop that was much better. The desk plug didn’t work, forcing me to use the bed as a work surface, which was not ideal, and everything overall seemed mediocre and in need of attention.

De receptionisten, vooral de schoonmakers waren erg aardig en behulpzaam. Ze waren altijd bereid mijn kamers schoon te maken en ze maakten perfect schoon. Personeel jullie allemaal bedankt. De prijs vond ik te hoog omdat de kamer niet uitzag als een kamer van een 5 sterren hotel. Renovatie is sterk nodig. Ik had in een keer voor 16 nachten geboekt dat zeker niet verstandig was. Gedeeltijk door en gedeeltijd door geboekt. Ik wilde na 9 dagen de hotel anulleren en ergens anders gaan, maar dat kon niet want ik had geen recht op restitutie
