Showed up to find the room already occupied by someone else, so I had to scramble for another place to stay. The staff never bothered to refund me, even after I kept asking. All I’m left with is a request for my money back.

Paid for the night, then at check‑in the host claimed the app was broken and refused to give me my money back. It felt like a straight‑up scam, and I’m still waiting for any sort of reimbursement. Just want my cash back, nothing else.
