The facility was closed due to renovations, so it’s not a reliable site. They misdirected us, booked us at a closed hotel, and when we asked for information they only sent a confirmation message, leaving us at a loss. Since the hotel was closed, we had to find another place to stay. For Saudi Arabia, All Accor is the most reliable platform; don’t trust sites like Booking.
