The hotel lies within 1 km of the Natural History Museum, 16‑minute walk to the Victoria and Albert Museum, and close to Royal Albert Hall and Harrods.

The location was great, and I enjoyed my stay. I cooked a lot. Nothing else to add.

The facility was clean, and the location was excellent in a pleasant neighborhood. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with only two beds—unlike the 8‑12 bunk beds common in other hostels—and the beds were separate single beds, which was perfect. The building offered a kitchen with a microwave and a laundry room. The downside was that there were no cookware or silverware, so if you plan to cook you’ll need to bring your own; if you mostly eat out, that’s fine.

The reception staff were excellent and went out of their way to make me comfortable. The location was superb, the place was very clean, and the hot showers were great. One roommate was a night owl, so I had to ask for lights out at 1 am; the others were very considerate. I was grateful for an eye mask. The kitchen had limited crockery and cutlery because previous guests had taken them.
