The location was exceptional.
The spot is great, especially if you’re driving. It sits on the edge of the ZTL and there are plenty of parking spots nearby, most of them paid (about 25€/day). The room is very clean and large. The bathroom is great, though note there’s no curtain on the bathtub, so you’ll probably splash water everywhere. It’s also very safe, with multiple doors you must pass through to reach the room. Communication with the owner/manager via WhatsApp was excellent. The AC unit does its job (we visited at the end of August and it kept the room cool). There’s no kitchen in the room. A small fridge is there, but to clean your cups, thermos, etc., you’ll need to use the bathroom sink. The bed mattress is very soft, which might be a plus for some, but for me it made my sleep a bit worse.

The owner’s service was excellent. The flight was delayed, we arrived very late at night, and he handled us very well. He was very accommodating and even offered us a taxi when we checked out.
