“Not satisfied”
The rooms were not clean.
“Poor management, poor cleaning, and cheating behavior”
Some staff behaved well, but they cheated us during the last rushing hours.

The approach was not fair. No room appeared in the booking we made, and the hotel had no control over the rooms. They already assigned a different room to us even though we had confirmed by phone, which was a waste of time.

There was no breakfast, and nothing else was worth mentioning.
